Stone Mountain

The City of Stone Mountain is the gateway to Stone Mountain Park which provide year round attractions for tourist visiting the city. The locals enjoy daily walks around and up the mountain.  If you enjoy hiking or just walking trails Stone Mountain provides varying degrees of walking trails and hiking. You can walk the 5 miles trail around the base of the mountain or one mile walk to the top of the mountain.  Enjoy a total of15 miles of hiking and walking trails. 

After a good hike you don't have to go home just camp in the park.  Stone Mountain Park is one of the best camp grounds for RV, Pop-up and tent sites. If you don't want to camp out, the out doors are not for you get a room at the Evergreen Lakeside Resort located in the park.  This beautiful luxurious Resort is surrounded by expansive lake views, two professional golf courses.  Don't leave the Park without seeing all the other wonderful attractions.
